SHIPPING

Pre-Order Process

1. Prototype Development: Ricardo collaborates with master artisans in Italy to transform his vision into reality. Together, they create final prototypes using the finest silk.

2. Order Processing : Once the prototypes are perfected, Ricardo opens a limited preorder window, giving you the chance to place an order and reserve your exclusive piece. Both the preorder window and the estimated shipment date are mentioned on the product and checkout pages.

3. Manufacturing: After the preorder window closes, each shirt is meticulously crafted, blending centuries-old techniques with modern innovation. The process typically takes around 4 weeks.

Delivery Information

Once your shirt is crafted, here’s how we ensure it reaches you seamlessly:

4. Shipping Notification:
You’ll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Depending on your location, it may take 2 to 7 business days for your package to arrive.

5. Potential Delays: We aim to deliver your package within the specified time. Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing Delays: If production takes longer than expected, we’ll inform you promptly.
  • Transportation Issues: Delays in transportation may occur, but you can track your package using the tracking number. You can contact us at info@ricardobernardino.com if you have questions or need us to investigate any issues.

Orders placed on ricardobernardino.com will be shipped from France. Delivery costs vary by destination country and are displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide express shipping on all orders.

Import Duties & Taxes

Our orders are shipped from France, Europe.

Please note that import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery for any customers outside the EU. We kindly advise checking with your country's customs office to determine your local import duties and taxes before purchase.

RETURNS

Return Conditions

We accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a replacement or full refund.

  2. Incorrect Item – If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct item.

  3. Size Exchange – If the size is not right, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges depend on availability, but we produce 10% extra stock to accommodate size adjustments. We will cover the return shipping cost for the first exchange.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging included. Please try on your purchase with care to ensure it remains in returnable condition.

To maintain the quality of our products, we kindly ask that returns meet these conditions. If a return does not qualify, we will notify you by email.

Return Process

To request a return, please email info@ricardobernardino.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Picture in case of Damage, Defective or incorrect item.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible cases.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Refund & Store Credit Policy
  • Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items – You may choose a full refund or a replacement. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Size Exchanges – If the requested size is available, we will exchange the item. If not, you will receive a store credit for the original purchase amount.
  • Other Returns – If the return is accepted but does not fall under the above categories, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
